#1 VEGAN ESPRESSO SQUARES:

DAIRY FREE | GLUTEN FREE | REFINED SUGAR FREE

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 1/3 cup cashews

  • 6-7 dates

  • espresso coffee (Giddy Yo brand)

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • raw cacao powder

  • vanilla bean(powdered)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

#2 CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT TRUFFLES:

DAIRY FREE | GLUTEN FREE | GRAIN FREE

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate Bars chopped fine

  • 2/3 cup Coconut Milk full fat, from the can

  • 1 tbsp Ghee or organic butter, softened

  • 2 scoops Collagen marine, optional

  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract

  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil

  • pinch Flaky Sea Salt

  • 2 tbsp Crushed Candy Cane

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Butter

  • 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

#3 WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE

DAIRY FREE | GLUTEN FREE | REFINED SUGAR FREE

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 1/4 cup almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)

2 chunks of raw cacao butter (about 2 inches each)

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Mini Marshmallows (optional) - I used Dandies brand

#4 REAL ASS MOLASSES GINGER COOKIES

DAIRY FREE | GLUTEN FREE

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 cup brown rice flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 3 tbsp molasses

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp allspice

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • organic cane sugar for rolling

#5 COPYCAT STARBUCKS CRANBERRY BLISS BARS

DAIRY FREE | GLUTEN FREE

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter, softened

  • 1/4 tsp Pink salt

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 1/2 cup sugar (for lower sugar sub with monk fruit, I used organic cane sugar)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 + 1/3 cup gluten-free baking flour I like the President Choice All-Purpose Gluten-Free Baking Flour or Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Baking Flour

  • 1/2 cup cranberries, dried plus more to add on top

  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips or you can use a bar & chop it into chunks

  • 1 tbsp orange zest plus more to add on top

  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice​

Dairy-free White Chocolate “Cream Cheese” Icing

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight or at least 4 hours

  • 5-6 tbsp dairy-free creamer I like Silk or Nut-Pods

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • Pinch pink salt

  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice

  • 3-4 tbsp Maple Syrup use sugar-free maple syrup for a lower sugar option

  • 1-4 tbsp powdered sugar * optional until your reach your desired consistency (use powdered Lakanto for a lower sugar option)

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free white chocolate, melted​
