This week, fellow Holistic Nutritionist-to-be and current Healthy By Marjan co-op student shared the best recipe with me, and now I'm so excited to share it with all of you!

Please find the recipe for my favourite pumpkin spice muffins attached as well as some photos of the finished product. 

I used pumpkin seeds, pumpkin, eggs, avocado oil and cinnamon so you know its a healthy treat that also stabilizes blood sugar!
