You Don't Have To Drink Your Coffee Black To Be Healthy


Okay, kudos to you if you do actually drink your coffee black, but if you’re only doing it because it’s “healthier’ and you’re choking it down, I have good news for you! Again, we come back to the fact that oil doesn’t breakdown into sugar, so when we add it to our foods or drinks, ithe body doesn't need to produce insulin to process and metabolize it. And so, we come to the trend of adding oil to your coffee(specifically coconut oil or MCT oil, which is a liquid form coconut oil). Sounds gross, I know, but hear me out: take 1 teaspoon of coconut or MCT oil, and add it to your regularly brewed hot coffee. THEN put it all in a blender and blend it for 30 seconds(watch my video to see what happens next). Same as the salad dressing concept, you can add any of your favourite spices as well too: cinnamon, nutmeg, cocao powder(chocolate in its pure form doesn’t contain sugar), etc. If you're using collagen powder to help strengthen your hair, skin and nails, you can add that to the blender too. I swear, the blending turns it all into a creamy sugar-free, dairy-free latte!
