Here we go: my top 3 favourite dairy-free, vegan-friendly, plant-based, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free salad dressings that will make you want to eat more salads kinda salad dressings! All recipes have been slightly tweaked from their original, found in the book Discover the Power of Food, by Janet Jacks. Feel free to play around with these to make them your own too! 1. THE BASIL BLISS 1 CUP OLIVE OIL 1 FULL LEMON, JUICED 1 CLOVE GARLIC HANDFUL OF FRESH BASIL LEAVES PINCH OF SEA SALT *BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER FOR 30 SECONDS 2.
